Eligibility and Application

Projects applying for support from Foreningen Dyrlæger Uden Grænser (FDUG) must focus on animal welfare and veterinary-related activities and be carried out in accordance with applicable local legislation and ethical standards.
FDUG reserves the right to assess all applications individually and to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

Reporting Requirements

By accepting financial or material support from Foreningen Dyrlæger Uden Grænser (FDUG), the applicant hereby confirms the obligation to submit a project report.
The report must be submitted no later than 2 months after the expected end date of the project.

As a minimum, the report must include:

A short description of the work carried out The number of animals treated
A specification of treatment-related costs Photographic documentation from the project
FDUG reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification if deemed necessary.
Failure to submit a report may affect eligibility for future support.

Use of Images and Written Material

By submitting reports, images, and written accounts to FDUG, the applicant grants Foreningen Dyrlæger Uden Grænser (FDUG) the right to use the submitted material for the following purposes:
Publication on FDUG’s website and official communication channels
Documentation of activities and transparency reporting
Applications for funding, grants, sponsorships, and other fundraising purposes
The material may be used free of charge and without time limitation, with due respect for the dignity and welfare of animals and people involved.
